The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied client portfolio and deliver high-quality compliance services. Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing annual financial statements (statutory accounts, trust accounts, partnerships, sole traders)
Acting as the main point of contact for your clients
Managing and mentoring junior team members
Collaborating across departments to provide a seamless client experience
Ensuring all work meets deadlines and regulatory standardsWhat We're Looking For
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
Strong practice background, ideally in business outsourcing or accounts compliance
Solid understanding of UK GAAP and proficiency with accounting software
Excellent communication and organisational skills
