At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part-time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Bognor Regis store on a permanent basis. 24 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.21.
Immediate start is available.
Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week, and here at Arcus, we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6-day working options. Our shifts include early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends. The current shift pattern for this role is:
* Sunday: 05:00 to 09:00
* Monday: 05:00 to 09:00
* Tuesday: 05:00 to 09:00
* Wednesday: 05:00 to 09:00
* Thursday: 05:00 to 09:00
* Friday: Day off
* Saturday: 05:00 to 09:00
You will also have opportunities to increase your hours through overtime.
Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for customers. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Operating machinery
* Carrying out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to maintain high standards
* Cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, or oven canopies in-store
* Working outside to keep trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
* Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
We will support you with full training.
What will you need?
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.
An eye for detail and cleanliness, along with a positive attitude towards cleaning and customer service.
Please note: You will need to provide a smartphone with NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App, which is required for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of employment.
