Our Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will work closely with the Multichannel, Creative, and International teams to drive insight and business growth.
This person will be a business partner for the Multichannel Director, providing insight into Direct (digital) performance to help drive sales and profitability through weekly and monthly reports. This involves collaborating with the Marketing team to assess marketing expenditure's success (both online and offline) and understanding the return on investment for new customer acquisition and retention.
Additionally, this role supports sales and gross margin budgeting and forecasting from both Channel and Customer perspectives, working with the Direct and Marketing teams to develop future business plans.
The person will also partner with the Creative and International teams to identify continuous improvement and growth opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing insights to improve the profitability of the Digital channel
* Interpreting ROI for marketing expenditure to inform decision-making
* Managing budgeting and forecasting for sales and gross profit of the Digital channel
* Supporting daily and weekly reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
* Analyzing performance of Direct, Creative, International, and Marketing activities monthly and on an ad hoc basis
* Assisting the Marketing team in building customer-focused budgets using acquisition and retention plans
* Providing ad hoc analysis as needed
