**PERMANENT FULL TIME** Sheffield City Centre** - Graduate Technology Consultant
We are looking for an exceptional Graduate to start a new role in JULY who has recently completed a technical Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance / Accounting, Economics or Science based degree and who wants to have the fantastic opportunity to gain practical technical consultancy experience with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central at a UK Head Office of a fast growing practice of professional services firm.

What you'll be doing:
* Designing the structure of future business records
* Financial data and project analysis
* Considering the implications of key finance system settings
* Testing finance systems operate correctly – planning tests, executing tests, documenting results
* Creating new systems reports using state of the art technology, such as MS Power Platform
* Building links to other systems – extracting data, transforming data, translating codes, loading to new system and reconciling to source
* Applying these linking techniques to move data from the old legacy system to the new system
* Providing Business Central helpdesk support on an ad hoc basis to our clients in line with SLA's to ensure a swift resolution
* Building and delivering training material, personally, creating videos, delivering webinars and workshops in time
* Supporting our Marketing team on commercial activities including input where appropriate into winning bids and proposals
All about you
* Recent Graduate seeking a career in finance technology consulting
* Ready and willing to study to become certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800 certificate)
* You may have some experience of AL programming in Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Understanding or experience of other programming languages like C#, Python, SQL stored procedures and DAX for Power BI
* Have knowledge or experience with development of the power platform, e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate
* Intellectual capability and ability to apply critical thinking and logic to solve problems
* Resourceful and able to use initiative, to "think on your feet"
* Highly numerate and analytical and a desire to learn new concepts
* Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to meet critical deadlines for the client
* Some knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile useful and / or ITIL
* Confident and polished in communication / presentation skills suited to a client facing role
* Credibility in engaging and managing key stakeholders
* Creative and effective problem-solver - able to suggest new ideas and innovative solutions
* Positive, engaging, warm demeanour, with a proactive, can do, solution-seeking attitude
* Smart, professional behaviours and well presented at all times for a client facing role,
