What will the HR Co-ordinator role involve:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment administration, liaise with agencies, arrange interviews, and prepare offer packs and contracts.
2. Training Administration: Book training courses, update CPD records, and monitor training budgets.
3. HR Administration & Support: Attend HR meetings as a note-taker, maintain HR databases and personnel files, including updates on flexible working, occupational health, and contractual changes.
4. Employee Relations: Support sickness monitoring, administer the Individual Performance Review (IPR) process, and assist in employee development tracking.
