A well-established and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Harrow is looking for a Tax Manager to join their growing team. Your responsibilities:
* Oversee delivery of corporate and personal tax compliance and advisory services across a varied portfolio.
* Review and sign off on tax returns prepared by junior team members.
* Manage a team of 5, including workflow delegation, appraisals, and team development.
* Collaborate with Directors on high-value, complex advisory projects for both new and long-standing clients.
* Drive continuous improvement in internal procedures and compliance processes.
* Work closely with the finance team on WIP, billing, and budget management.
About you:
* ATT or ACCA qualified and/or studying towards CTA.
* Proven experience managing both people and processes within a tax environment.
* Confident delivering clear and commercially sound tax advice to clients.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop staff effectively.
* Familiarity with CCH is desirable, but not essential.
