We specialise in WordPress development, SEO, and performance-driven digital campaigns. Due to significant growth in our client portfolio, we are seeking a skilled Web Design Professional to manage our increasing project workload.
Role Overview
The Web Design Professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive websites for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate requirements into creative and functional solutions, and ensure websites are optimised for performance, accessibility, search engines and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop websites using WordPress and modern web technologies.
* Create responsive layouts and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
* Translate client requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and live websites.
* Implement SEO and website optimisation best practices.
* Use SEO data tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance, generate reports, and provide insights.
* Manage and update digital assets such as graphics, icons, and media.
* Maintain websites post-launch, ensuring updates, security patches, and performance monitoring.
* Configure and integrate CRM systems and automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign) into client websites.
* Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
* Collaborate with marketing assistants and developers on integrated campaigns.
* Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and GDPR.
* Keep up to date with emerging web design trends and technologies.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in web design and development (portfolio required).
* Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
* Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.
* Working knowledge of SEO and website optimisation techniques.
* Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
