Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Account Handler to join their team based near Inverness. The purpose of the role is to retain existing customers and write new business by development of relationships and delivery of excellent customer service. Duties include:
1. Provide quality service to clients, obtaining extensive details of commercial insurance requirements and arranging appropriate cover at a competitive premium.
2. Determine requirements, solutions and strategies that meet the clients needs and deliver profitable business for clients ranging in size and sector.
Place commercial lines business within approved markets to meet the clients needs.

4. Build effective relationships, with clients and a range of external contacts in order to maximise business opportunities.
