We are one of the largest manufacturers of potato products globally and currently hold a significant market share within Europe.
Established for over 50 years we have continually proved ourselves to have a strong ranged based on competitive pricing but most of all consistently high quality of produce.
Through our European new product development team we are able to implement an innovative approach to the market both in relation to nutrition and current market buying trends.
We have demonstrated strong success across the foodservice sector, predominantly within education and pub/restaurant but offer a range of products to cater for the needs of any foodservice establishment.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced organisation looking to further develop their share within the UK foodservice sector.
THE ROLE:
This position involves full responsibility for the managing and development of National Accounts within the Fast Food Foodservice wholesale.
You will inherit a portfolio of existing accounts and be targeted on growth of these accounts through retaining and winning new lines.
You will be involved in full management of these accounts including pricing and implementing service levels working with internal counterparts.
In addition to this you will also work on joint ventures with them involving their customers – mainly multi site franchises – in order to promote the product and drive volume via the wholesale partners.
This is a varied position – with strong elements of traditional National Account Management, combined with face to face interaction with customers.
We are seeking to speak to ambitious NAMS who are keen to progress through the levels within our company.
THE APPLICANT.
The successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional within the foodservice sector operating at National level.
* Candidates must have experience at managing Foodservice accounts at buyer level.
* Experience in working for a Foodservice manufacturer would be of particular interest
* Experience of product sales via Foodservice distribution is also advantageous
* We will also consider candidates from a Foodservice wholesale background at NAM level looking to move across to a Foodservice manufacturer role
