About the Role
Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office Administrator who also has an interest in Health & Safety to join our London HQ.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office, keeping things running smoothly, supporting senior leaders, and playing a key part in creating a safe, well-organised workplace across multiple locations.
You don't need to be a Health & Safety expert, just someone who's confident, detail-oriented, and keen to build their experience in this space alongside core office administration.
What You'll Be Doing
Office & Team Support (Your Core Focus)
1. Be the go-to person for keeping the London office running like clockwork
2. Support senior leaders with diaries, travel, and expenses
3. Welcome visitors and create a professional, friendly front-of-house experience
4. Coordinate meeting rooms (think smooth setups, refreshments, and everything in between)
5. Manage calls, post, couriers, and office supplies
6. Handle shared inboxes, including document signatures
7. Support finance admin tasks (POs, invoice queries)
8. Keep systems, records, and the Office Guide organised and up to date
Health & Safety (Support & Coordination)
9. Help keep our workplaces safe by supporting H&S processes and documentation
10. Work with local teams to maintain consistent standards across offices
11. Assist with risk assessments, training coordination, and compliance tracking
12. Keep records up to date (incidents, training, audits)
13. Support fire safety, first aid provisions, and emergency procedures
14. Be a friendly point of contact for H&S queries - escalating when needed
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
15. Experience in an office admin, coordinator, or support role
16. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
17. Confident juggling multiple tasks and priorities
18. Comfortable managing shared inboxes and coordinating actions
19. Strong communication skills and a professional approach
20. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
21. An interest in Health & Safety (experience is a bonus, not a must!)
You'll Thrive If You Are
22. Proactive and take ownership of your work
23. Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with people
24. Naturally organised and enjoy bringing structure to things
25. Adaptable and happy working in a fast-paced environment
26. Interested in developing your skills in Health & Safety
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
27. IOSH, NEBOSH, or similar H&S training
28. Experience in a multi-site or fast-moving business (e.g. telecoms, engineering)
Why This Role?
This is a brilliant opportunity to:
29. Be at the centre of a busy, collaborative office
30. Gain hands-on Health & Safety exposure without needing prior qualifications
31. Build a broad skill set across admin, operations, and compliance
32. Grow into a more specialised role over time
