Holding a Good Ofsted rating, this nursery is committed to helping every child develop and reach their full potential through stimulating, purposeful play and learning experiences. They are now looking for a motivated and nurturing Room Leader to take ownership of their room, inspire their team, and deliver outstanding experiences for the children in their care. What Our Client Is Looking For Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential Experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting - essential Our client will also consider candidates looking to step up into their first Room Leader position, provided they hold the relevant qualification and demonstrate strong potential A solid understanding of EYFS and child development A passionate, child-centred approach with excellent communication skills What's on Offer Up to £13.30 per hour Discounted childcare Company pension scheme Benefits & rewards portal Training & development opportunities Wellbeing & GP programme Ofsted Good rated setting Key Responsibilities Leading the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a stimulating and safe environment Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Observing, assessing, and documenting children's development and progress Mentoring and supporting room-based staff, acting as a positive role model Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues Contributing to the wider nursery team and supporting the senior leadership Why This Nursery?
