An exciting opportunity for a Senior Resourcing Assistant has arisen in the newly formed Resourcing Team.
The post holder will work as part of a team responsible for providing an NHS Highland-wide resourcing service covering all job families across all geographic areas of NHS Highland.
The team’s activities include coordinating recruitment for posts on Agenda for Change, Medical, Dental, and Executive terms and conditions of employment, as well as managing bank and agency worker engagements, resident doctor rotation, redeployment, etc.
The role includes administering the full recruitment and onboarding process, including employment checks, issuing contractual documentation, and providing advice and guidance to hiring managers, employees, and applicants.
Opportunities will also be available to be involved in other resourcing projects and improvement activities.
The postholder will be based in either Inverness or Lochgilphead.
This is a permanent full-time post of 37 hours per week, reducing to 36 hours from 1 April 2026, working as per service requirements. We also welcome applications from those seeking flexible hours.
