Head of Marketing
£75,000 – £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Fully Remote – Offices in London and Reading
We’re partnering with a client on an exciting growth journey — and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who’s ready to help shape their next chapter.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow the global marketing strategy for an innovative AI-powered SaaS company, building a trusted, human brand that stands out in the world of intelligent automation. You’ll have the space to create, collaborate, and make a lasting impact with a clear path toward a Chief Marketing Officer role as the company continues to expand.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and guide a global marketing strategy that builds awareness, drives demand, and supports sustainable growth.
* Nurture and scale a high-performing marketing team built on collaboration, creativity, and shared success.
* Lead engaging, multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships.
* Strengthen the company’s voice within the AI, DevOps, and ServiceNow communities through authentic storytelling and thought leadership.
* Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to create an integrated go-to-market approach.
* Use data and insight to learn, experiment, and continually improve results.
About You
* Experienced in leading marketing within a high-growth SaaS or B2B technology environment.
* Equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting hands-on when needed.
* Naturally creative and analytical — you understand the power of data as much as great storytelling.
* Skilled in ABM, digital, content, and demand generation.
* Knowledge of automation, DevOps, or ServiceNow would be an advantage.
* Collaborative, curious, and motivated to help a growing business reach new heights.
Why This Role?
* A rare opportunity to build and shape the marketing function in a growing, forward-thinking tech business.
* Work alongside passionate innovators who value creativity, inclusivity, and impact.
* Enjoy the flexibility of fully remote working with occasional team days in London or Reading.
* A clear and supported career path toward CMO for the right person.
