About the Position
We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Stafford team. A team leader offers guidance and support to Home Care and Support service workers assisting in recruitment & orientation, care plan development as well as client communication.
About You
Our Team Leaders are great at multi tasking. You will have the ability to direct client care as delegated through a care plan, apply your knowledge of funding programs and organise staff training.
What we look for:
* Certificate IV in Home & Community Care or equivalent
* A current National Police Certificate
* Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification
