Monday : Friday, 9am : 5pm
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our clients team on a full:time, temp:to:perm basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast:paced environment and delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally Make outbound calls Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic manner Supporting the admin team with general office tasks Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills Good attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable
