Salary: £37,500 - £39,250 + up to 25% bonus
We're hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at The Maytree, a welcoming Whitbread Inns site located in the heart of Helston, Cornwall — a town steeped in history and surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll:
5. Lead and inspire the front-of-house team through daily briefs and hands-on coaching
6. Support recruitment and onboarding to build a strong, guest-focused team
7. Drive performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement
8. Manage labour and cost margins effectively
9. Champion the Whitbread Inns brand and lead operational change
