We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who's part strategist, part problem-solver, and driven by results. If you know funnels, ads, CRMs, and automation inside out — and love making systems smarter — this role's for you.
You'll be working across four growing UK businesses:
* Leeds Junk & Rubbish
* Workforce Recruitment
* BDC Sales Consultancy
* Thornwick Holidays
This is a varied role where you'll see the direct impact of your work, from running campaigns to improving our AI booking chatbot.
What You'll Do
* Build and optimise lead funnels
* Create and manage email/SMS nurture campaigns
* Set up and maintain CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign), automations, and integrations
* Run PPC campaigns (Google, Meta) and improve performance
* Support website updates with a focus on UX and SEO
* Write engaging copy for ads, emails, and landing pages
* Monitor results and make data-led improvements
* Use tools like Zapier, Make, and AI platforms to streamline systems
Bonus: AI Chatbot (for Leeds Junk & Rubbish)
* Train and update chatbot flows/FAQs
* Test and improve accuracy and user experience
* Analyse performance and make improvements
What We're Looking For
* Experience running digital campaigns and automation workflows
* Strong grasp of funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion optimisation
* Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing
* Confident with CRMs and automation tools (Zapier, Make)
* Good understanding of SEO and website optimisation
* Clear, engaging copywriting skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple brands
* (Bonus) Experience with AI chatbots or conversational AI
