Here at GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager (Nights) for a 6 month FTC to join our B&Q contract based in Doncaster. As a First Line Manager, you'll lead a team of Warehouse Operative to ensure smooth, efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll work 'any 5 from 7', 22:00 to 06:00

We're looking to offer a salary of £33,945 per annum (+ 25% night shift allowance) and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits include a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance, and death in service.
What you'll do on a typical day:
Driving performance to meet KPIs for productivity, quality, and attendance
Leading daily team briefings and fostering strong communication
Managing Health & Safety compliance and promoting safe working practices
Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
Monitoring equipment usage and maintaining operational standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven leadership experience with a fast-paced logistics/supply chain environment (FMCG environments preferred)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Understanding on Health & Safety and Warehouse Systems
Analytical skills with a proactive mindset
