Customer Service Receptionist
Location: Bellshill ML4 3LU
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
What you will do
* Greeting customers in a courteous manner, interpreting their requirements and completing necessary paperwork to enable work to be undertaken.
* Scheduling routine maintenance for customers using our internal systems
* Raising job cards and invoicing
* Monitoring the Work In Progress (WIP) to keep it under control
* Keeping customers updated with likely completion times and contacting customers to inform them of any additional work required
* Issuing accurate quotations to gain the necessary authority to complete the work.
* Liaising with the workshop to develop service contract opportunities
