Job Responsibilities and Requirements
* You will be responsible for the PPM's and reactive work within commercial properties only
* Standby rota currently 1/2 weeks (subject to change)
* Servicing and installation work of Commercial Gas Appliances
* Ensuring all compliance regulations are adhered to all paperwork is complete for each property / job
* Client-facing role, communicating with landlords during and after the works have been completed
* Being a friendly and personable representative of the company
* Commercial Gas Tickets: TPCP1, TPCP1A, CBHP1, G3 Unvented
* Full UK Driving Licence
* OFTEC Registered
* Minimum of 3+ years of working independently as a Commercial Gas Engineer
* Organised and Reliable
