We are recruiting an experienced and commercially aware Pharmacist Manager to lead a well-established community pharmacy in Stornoway. This role requires a strong clinical leader who can balance patient care, regulatory compliance and business performance while building a high-performing pharmacy team.
What Were Looking For
* GPhC registered Pharmacist
* Independent Prescriber (for IP salary band)
* Previous Management experience is essential
* Ability to manage KPIs, stock control and governance standards effectively
