Permanent PCB Assembler - Basignstoke
Do you have experience working on PCB's and looking to secure a permanent role where you can utilise and extend your skill set?
As a PCB Assembler, you'll benefit from:
* Salary: £25,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
* Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing by one day each year (up to 25 days total)
* Christmas Shutdown: Company closes between Christmas and New Year (3 days taken from holiday allowance)

As a PCB Assembler your duties will include:
* Hand print solder paste and hand place electronic components
* Solder thru-hole components to a high standard
* Inspect and verify assembled products to ensure quality and compliance
* Interpret technical documents and specifications
* Assist with problem-solving and support production and quality processes
* Communicate effectively with team members and customers when required
As a PCB Assembler, you'll ideally have:
* Experience working with PCBs is essential
* Confident in hand placement and soldering techniques
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good computer literacy and ability to interpret technical data
* Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
