As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for: * Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled. * Response to reactive repairs. * Minor building fabric repairs, minor decorating tasks, minor plumbing tasks and general office maintenance. * Maintaining accurate documentation of all assigned work orders and comply fully with health and safety & Environmental policies. * Providing excellent customer service to building occupants. * Ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner. To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have: * Level 3/Equivalent in Electrical installation * 18th edition. * Willingness to undertake further training. * Experience of working within a customer focused environment. * Presented in a clean and tidy manner to represent the company, in the most professional manner possible, utilising the uniform and PPE issued.
