As a Service Controller, you will: Oversee a team of engineers, ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet customer needs. Enhance customer satisfaction by managing job progress and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain high standards of service delivery while maximizing engineer productivity. What We Offer

In this role, you will: Respond to customer requests, prioritizing needs and allocating resources effectively. Manage job progress and ensure timely communication with customers. Keep all systems updated with accurate job information. Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and customer satisfaction. What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who possess: Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and effective negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good IT skills. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team. Knowledge & Experience
To thrive in this role, you should have: Gas & Diesel Engine product knowledge. Experience with engine/fuel control systems and parts identification. Background in customer contact and major repair work planning. Experience in commissioning products within the pleasure boat industry. Working Environment
This is an office-based position with flexible working hours between 7 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, and occasional Saturday work as needed. You will be responsible for planning and dispatching approximately 25 regional field engineers. Why Finning?
