Job Title: Project Support Administrator, Electrical Infrastructure

Salary: £26,000 (entry level) + Private Medical + Benefits
About the role:
We’re looking for a Project Support Administrator to join our Manchester team.
This is an entry-level, support-focused role, working alongside Project Managers to assist with the coordination and administration of electrical infrastructure projects across the ICP and renewables sector.
You’ll play a key role in keeping project documentation, trackers and site information organised and up to date, while gaining valuable exposure to how infrastructure projects are delivered.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain project folders, drawings and document control systems
* Prepare and issue work packs, permits and site documentation
* Update project trackers and assist with weekly reporting
* Coordinate plant and material deliveries to site
* Arrange site access, inductions and scheduling with suppliers and subcontractors
* Track purchase orders and support invoice tracking for Work in Progress reporting
* Maintain SHEQ records and assist with incident reporting where required
What you'll need
Essential:
· 3 A Levels (C or above) or a degree in Business, Project Management or similar
· 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or project support role (construction/infrastructure desirable but not essential)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Desirable:
· Awareness of CDM regulations
· Understanding of construction or utilities environments
· Knowledge of UK H&S practices
· Exposure to document control, scheduling or project coordination
