The Ideal SEN Support Worker Will Have:
1. Experience supporting children with Autism (ASC) or additional needs
2. A genuine passion for Special Educational Needs and inclusion
3. A nurturing, resilient, and engaging personality
4. Confidence managing challenging behaviour positively
5. A desire to work in primary education
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
