We're recruiting a Head Chef to lead a high-end event catering kitchen based in London, delivering exceptional food for premium corporate events across London, the UK and occasionally internationally.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong Head Chef with an events or event contract catering background to step into a creative, fast-paced environment producing refined, large-scale dining experiences. This role is predominantly 9-5, Mon-Fri with the occasional weekend in London.

The offer
£55,000 – £60,000 per annum
45-hour contract
Mostly Monday–Friday working pattern
Limited weekend work (approx. 3 Sundays per year)
Time off in lieu for event hours worked

Event catering company based in London production kitchen
Events delivered across London, nationwide and occasionally internationally
Predominantly corporate events with premium clientele
Sit-down dinners, canapé receptions and large-scale hospitality
Seasonal peaks during summer event periods

High-end event catering and fine-dining led food
Sit-down three-course dinners up to 700 covers
Premium canapé receptions and corporate hospitality
Occasional festival-style and street food events
Strong focus on presentation, precision and high-quality ingredients
The role
Lead the kitchen production for large-scale event catering
Work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver premium event menus
Manage a core team of 3 chefs, alongside freelance event chefs
Oversee event preparation, logistics and kitchen organisation
Support production checks for office catering when required
Ensure consistency, quality and efficiency across all events

Strong background in high-end event catering or contract catering.
Confident delivering large-scale events and fine-dining food.
