Bid Executive (Early Careers Opportunity)
Location: London or Sunbury‑upon‑Thames, UK (Hybrid: 3 days on‑site, 2 days from home)
Contract Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits and training opportunities
Interview Process: 2-stage (Virtual and Face‑to‑face)
About the Role
Kinly is a leading integrator of audio‑visual and unified communications solutions. In this position you will support the wider sales organisation and the bid team, managing, preparing and submitting all RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions for Kinly’s UK entities.
Working within the bid team you will develop your professional journey, taking on growing responsibility and advancing into more senior roles.
Key Responsibilities
 * Support the Bid Manager in end‑to‑end bid process management.
 * Create written content for bid submissions, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with client needs.
 * Enforce and develop bid process efficiencies.
 * Produce a bid plan for each tender and ensure it is adhered to throughout the bid process.
 * Schedule crucial meetings and deadlines (deal qualifications, bid kick‑offs, clarification deadlines, checkpoint calls, story‑boarding sessions, submission deadlines, commercial reviews).
 * Coordinate post‑submission follow‑ups and capture bid feedback/outcomes to drive future improvements.
 * Maintain bid tracker data, keeping comments, statuses and values up‑to‑date and communicating changes to stakeholders weekly.
 * Ongoing management and enhancement of bid library content alongside contributing subject‑matter experts (SMEs).

Future Qualification
 * APMP Foundation (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification is a plus.
