An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock & Inventory Controller to join a growing manufacturing business in Snodland. This is a hands-on role within a small, supportive team where you will have real impact on improving stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
You will take ownership of stock control processes, carrying out regular counts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded using systems such as Sage 200. The role also involves supporting goods in, maintaining organised warehouse standards, and contributing to continuous improvements across operations.
We’re looking for someone with previous stock or inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence using warehouse or ERP systems. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are key.
A forklift licence (Reach & Flexi) is required
