Food & Beverage Supervisor
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, the F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· To work in co-operation with other departments, developing and maintaining working relationships with colleagues in your own and other departments.
· To adhere to the procedures for the security of keys, company and personal property and report immediately any suspicious circumstances or people behaving strangely.
· To work safely, conforming to statutory and company health and safety regulations, Comply with other related statutory regulations (e.g. COSHH).
· To ensure that cleanliness and appearance of the function rooms are of the highest possible standard.
· To have a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities.
· To ensure that food, liquor etc, is served as per guest's requirements and Alona Brand Standards
· Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
· What's required?
· The ideal candidate will be a senior Food & Beverage Manager looking to make the step up with experience of running and organising events. They should possess a can-do attitude as well as excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
· Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
