Pay: £15.50 per hour plus £75 for weekend patrol rate (1hr patrol)
Join Our Team as a Relief Officer:
This site is a financial institution situated in the heart of Edinburgh.
The role is based within the facilities Team, reporting to the Wilson James Security and Facilities Manager and the client's representative on site.
The main function is providing onsite security and assurance to our prestigious client located in central Edinburgh, whilst assisting with the facilities management.
About the Role:
You will be an experienced, ultra-professional and very smart officer, more used to dealing with high-end clients in corporate environments. You must be flexible in your approach and willing to cover other roles within the team, including Front of House, which requires the wearing of a dress uniform in a concierge role.

What we are looking for:
SITE BASED REQUIREMENTS
8. To carry out a variety of security and facilities tasks as directed by the Security and Facilities Manager and the client's representative on site.
9. To support the security and facilities operation on site
10. Carry out security patrols of the external and internal areas with the use of the TrackTik device.
11. To monitor CCTV system.
12. Management of on-site contractors.
13. Meet and Greet staff.
14. Act as a first point of contact for all staff requests, send those requests to relevant people (for example, caretakers or hospitality), or if possible, act on the requests yourself.
15. Work closely with other departments.
16. Complete Electronic DOB on daily basis.
17. Take in deliveries and mail
18. Issue staff and contractors passes.
19. Escort contractors and visitors when necessary
20. Participate in covering occasional weekend works.
21. Lock up the building and set the intruder alarms on backshift and after weekend works or patrols.
