Your Role:
As a Business Teacher, you will:
✔ Teach Business at both KS4 and KS5, including GCSE and A-Level courses
✔ Motivate and inspire students through innovative teaching practices
✔ Create engaging lesson plans that cater to a variety of learning styles
✔ Assess and track student progress, ensuring academic growth
✔ Support extracurricular activities related to business education
✔ Contribute to departmental development and collaborate with colleagues
✔ (Optional) Take on a TLR for additional leadership responsibilities within the department
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject
✔ QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
✔ Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (preferred but not essential)
✔ A passion for Business and a drive to inspire students
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ A team player with a proactive attitude
