We are recruiting for a temporary to permanent Warehouse Operative to work 1.5 days per week. You must be available to work a Monday and Thursday weekly. There could be scope for more hours after 2-3 months. Support Monday and Thurs, 8hrs Mon and 4 hrs Thurs. Temp contract with potential to become perm Extra hours will be possible to support across holiday / illness cover. Overview We are a growing brand supplying high-quality products to customers all across the UK. From our small warehouse, we carefully pick, pack, and dispatch all orders with pride and attention to detail. We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Warehouse Operative to join our team two days per week and help ensure our products arrive with customers in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities Accurately picking products from warehouse stock Handling large and heavy parcels which could weight up to 25kg Packing orders carefully to maintain product quality and presentation Preparing parcels for dispatch, including labelling and courier paperwork Assisting with receiving and checking incoming deliveries from suppliers Carrying out basic stock checks and helping maintain organised stock areas Ensuring manual handling compliance and cleanliness standards are followed at all times Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety requirements Supporting general warehouse duties as required Skills & Experience Essential: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and well organised Ability to work independently Capacity to lift, load, and carry items weighing up to 25kg on a regular basis Desirable: Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience Intermediate IT skills for order or stock systems Personal Attributes Takes pride in careful work and presentation Trustworthy and dependable Positive, practical attitude The benefits of being a temporary worker through Bucks & Berks Recruitment: A friendly and supportive temps' team; we are here to answer any questions and support you in your role.
