As the first full-time hire and potential future co‑founder, you will build the marketing engine for the UK’s first culture‑led yerba maté soda. You will own the entire brand lifecycle—from strategy and creative direction to D2C growth and community activations—shaping how this sustainable, ritual‑based energy drink integrates into London’s vibrant creative and nightlife scenes.

What you will do:

* Lead boots‑on‑the‑ground cultural marketing, managing stockist launches, event activations, and community building within London’s creative networks.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven track record in brand or growth marketing for consumer‑facing (CPG) or culture‑led brands with a portfolio of successful executions.
* Expert‑level execution skills across Instagram, TikTok, and paid social platforms, combined with a strong analytical mindset for tracking KPIs.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a deep connection to London’s social and nightlife scenes, comfortable building systems from scratch in a pre‑seed startup environment.
