A leading institution is seeking an experienced and proactive Asset Manager to join their Estates & Facilities Services team on an initial 6 Month Contract.

The Role
As Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance activity across multiple campuses, including:
* Long-term and preventative maintenance planning
* Compliance inspections and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and building fabric assets
* Management of Direct Maintenance Services and minor works programmes
* Overseeing in-house teams and external contractors
* Ensuring all activities are compliant with Health & Safety and environmental regulations
* Supporting the development of long-term maintenance strategies and budgets
* Leading, motivating and developing staff to maintain professional standards across the service
* You will also take part in the out-of-hours on-call rota, supporting the institutions commitment to a safe and well-maintained environment at all times.
