We are delighted to be supporting a leading consumer tech brand that creates the kind of gadgets people rely on every day. Known for quality, innovation and clever design, this business is now looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to help drive visibility and sell-out across major retail and e-commerce partners throughout Europe.

If you love consumer tech, enjoy shaping how products appear in stores and online and want to see your work come to life across multiple countries, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving environment. You must be happy presenting to customers and trade partners as well as managing a couple of junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities – Channel Marketing Manager

Channel Planning and Execution

- Develop and deliver channel marketing plans that support growth and increase visibility across Europe.
- Localise and roll out global toolkits across both retail and online partners.
- Lead product launch activity across multiple markets ensuring consistent high quality execution.
- Deliver trade promotions, POS activity and consumer campaigns that drive conversion.
- Work with retailers and distributors to elevate the in-store and online experience for fast-moving consumer tech and gadget ranges.

Cross Functional Collaboration

- Partner with sales, commercial and wider marketing teams to ensure alignment across plans and channel priorities.
- Collaborate with creative, social and CRM teams to integrate channel activity into broader campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners to support joint initiatives and ensure best in class brand presence.

Performance Insights and Optimisation

- Track sell-out, campaign performance and ROI to refine future activity.
- Provide regular reporting on channel performance and market dynamics.
- Use shopper insight and competitor knowledge to strengthen execution.
- Manage budgets carefully ensuring all spend delivers clear commercial value.

Your Background – Channel Marketing Manager

You will bring at least five years experience in channel, retail or trade marketing. Experience within consumer tech, gadgets, accessories or FMCG would be ideal.
You understand what drives shopper behaviour both in-store and online and are confident building campaigns that drive sell-out and enhance retailer relationships.
You enjoy working cross functionally and are comfortable operating in a matrix environment whilst being proactive, organised and able to manage multiple projects at pace.Most of all you have a genuine interest in consumer tech and want to play a part in how a leading brand shows up across Europe
