As Finance leader, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial information to our external partners, while leading a dedicated team and optimising reporting processes and systems. Join us and in return you'll be rewarded with: What You Will Be Doing: Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and mentorship to the Group reporting team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Reporting Processes: Own and manage reporting processes across all cycles and related systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. External Reporting: Deliver external reporting requirements for partners, excluding statutory accounts and tax responsibilities. This includes requirements from our Board, shareholders, regulators, lenders, card acquirers, and ad hoc support for insurers and suppliers. Monthly Reporting and Forecasting: Manage processes for both cycles, guaranteeing precision and efficiency. Statutory Consolidation System: Be responsible for our Group's statutory consolidation system (HFM), optimising its utilisation to deliver results and forecasts for both management and statutory purposes. What We Are Looking For: Qualifications: Chartered accountant with significant post-qualification experience in a similar role within a Group Reporting function. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to understand and communicate financial results to a broad range of senior stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Exceptionally diligent and detail-focused, ensuring accuracy in every aspect of reporting. Technical Proficiency: Significant experience working with and managing complex consolidation systems, ideally HFM. Strong understanding of IFRS. Technical Skills: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with ideally experience with a BI platform.
