Finance Executive Role Regen Solutions are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join the team on a maternity cover contract. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing the full weekly finance cycle, including timesheets, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations. You’ll be central to ensuring contractors and permanent placements are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining clean and up-to-date financial records.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.

Finance Executive Responsibilities
As a Finance Executive, you will manage all aspects of weekly and monthly finance operations:
* Process timesheets from multiple portals, check rates, and upload to the system
* Chase outstanding timesheets and support contractors with queries
* Process PAYE payroll (Sage) and issue payslips weekly
* Prepare and submit umbrella payroll reports
* Raise and issue invoices weekly following approvals
* Allocate payments and maintain accurate ledgers
* Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations
* Reconcile accounts within Xero
* Chase overdue payments and issue statements
* Monitor CRM for permanent placements and confirm start dates
* Run reports to track and chase permanent placement fees
* Reconcile bank and Amex accounts and prepare monthly information for the external accountant
* Complete final reconciliations and clear outstanding balances in Xero
Finance Executive Experience
* Experience in finance within a recruitment business is desirable but not essential
* Confident managing contractor payroll and timesheet processes
* Skilled with Xero, Sage, Bullhorn, or similar CRM/finance platforms
* Highly accurate with attention to detail
* Strong communication skills for supporting contractors and chasing payments
* Organised and able to meet strict weekly deadlines
