As a Dispensary Operations Lead you will work within the clinical fulfilment team who are responsible for dispensing and checking all medication before it goes out to our patients.
Being part of a large team, this opportunity will give you a chance to lead, coach and motivate a team to create a high performing, compliant and efficient operation.
Within this role you will be required to work across dispensary operations covering the order fulfilment & pick operation, identifying opportunities to drive engagement with the team and identify areas for continuous improvement.
This is a full-time position working 40hrs per week at our Burton dispensary, between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday including bank holidays.

In addition to having leadership experience, success in this position will require you to navigate and encourage others through periods of change and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results whilst adhering to established processes.
A good understanding of regulatory dispensary requirements would be a distinct advantage for this role.
