We're Impellam Group, a global leader in workforce and specialist recruitment solutions, and we are looking to grow our People Support team in Luton!
Role Overview: As an HR Admin Coordinator, you will provide a responsive, reliable, accurate, effective, friendly, and efficient administration service for all employee lifecycle activities across Impellam UK, while maintaining expected service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact and answer email/telephone queries from colleagues across our brands.
* Process employment change letters.
* Produce and send employment contracts.
* Check right-to-work documentation, manage leavers, liaise with payroll, and cancel benefits.
* Respond to reference requests.
* Maintain accurate employee data in our HR system.
* Handle Maternity/Paternity Leave, Flexible Working Requests, and advise on Probations and AWOLs.
* Resolve queries related to holidays, sickness absence, maternity, and basic HR system issues.
* Address other HR queries, referring to HR team members when necessary.
* Manage sickness absence according to internal processes, liaising with the business and Payroll.
* Generate correspondence and handle incoming and outgoing post.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Experience in HR administration.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize workload practically.
* GDPR compliance.
* Ability to work independently on projects and manage workload responsibly.
