The Opportunity

We manage nearly £1bn in pension assets for 100,000+ savers, are backed by £25m in funding, and are growing 20% month-on-month. As we scale, we’re expanding our Regional Sales model across the UK — and this is the first hire of its kind.
You’ll have full ownership of your region and play a key role in shaping how Penfold grows nationally. Acting as the face of Penfold locally, you’ll drive growth through strong relationships with accountants, IFAs, and other intermediaries.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and owning a regional sales and partnerships strategy
* Developing relationships with accountants, IFAs, and employee benefit consultants
* Driving partner-led growth through onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship management
* Representing Penfold in your region through events, workshops, and networking
* Feeding market insights back into sales, product, and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in partnership or B2B sales
* Experience within pensions, fintech, accounting software, business banking, or adjacent sectors
* An existing network of accountants, IFAs, or EBCs you can leverage from day one
* Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships
* An entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced environment
* Happy to be out in the field, representing Penfold in person
