We're looking for a Key Account Manager with a solid background in B2B product sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone with previous commercial sales experience and the ability to manage & develop their own portfolio of customers. You'll need to be a strong communicator who can build rapport, understand client needs, and identify opportunities to grow revenue within each account.
The Role:
* As Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
* Take a consultative approach to understanding customer requirements and ensure they receive the right products and solutions.
* Following up on leads, quotations and proposals, and sending product samples
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
* Handling daily enquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally
* Booking and attending meetings
* Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.
* Keeping CRM records up to date and tracking performance metrics.
