As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on a full range of generalist Human Resource issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, active listening, and demonstrating competence and reliability.
2. Analyse and interpret complex information for disciplinary, capability, and grievance processes, to generate concise reports.
3. Analyse HR data for directorates, offering recommendations to enhance outcomes in areas such as absence, turnover, recruitment, and learning and development.
4. Offer expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including investigations.
5. Provide support and evidence during disciplinary and grievance processes.
6. Contribute to policy development aligned with legislation and HR best practices, and oversee their implementation and monitoring.
7. Provide specialised advice to managers and staff on HR issues in areas such as employee relations, training, and recruitment.
