What you will be doing?
* Lead & Inspire: Training and coaching our field sales team both in the field and in classroom settings.
* Tailored Training: Onboarding new colleagues with personalized training tailored for various roles, from sales executives to managers.
* Strategic Development: Collaborating with leadership to design and implement training that drives KPIs.
* Real-Time Coaching: Delivering frontline training to ensure team excellence in real-world sales scenarios.
* Structured Feedback: Providing consistent feedback to enhance team performance.
* Autonomy & Impact: Managing your workload independently, focusing on activities that drive results.
* Full-Fibre Expertise: Coaching the team to sell cutting-edge broadband and related products in the field.
* Data-Driven Results: Working with the Head of Sales to identify areas for training improvement.
About you:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales coaching and 1 year of hands-on sales experience.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, coaching, and performance management.
* Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about results.
* Sales Savvy: Skilled in closing sales, including door-to-door interactions, with best practices.
* Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle meeting safety standards.
