The Role
As a German-speaking Patient Care Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our English and German speaking patients, supporting them through their healthcare journey with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll manage patient queries, support clinical teams, and ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality experience.
We currently operate as remote-first. You will be supplied with a MacBook and equipment to work from home, but you must be available to come to the London office as required for training days.
What You’ll Own
* Deliver outstanding patient support across written and verbal channels
* Handle bookings, queries, and healthcare-related questions end-to-end
* Support doctors with medical administration and coordination
* Manage complaints and ensure proper escalation and resolution
* Liaise with patients, labs, pharmacies, and internal teams
* Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care across markets
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
* Experience in customer support, admin, or remote call centre environments
* Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple queries
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, empathetic, and patient-focused
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
* Experience using call centre management systems including; AWS call management, Google Suite, MacBook will be an advantage.
Nice to have
healthcare, telemedicine, or escalation management experience
