Senior Analyst – Quality
Job Overview
As the Senior Analyst – Quality, you will support overall efforts to maintain and improve world‑class quality performance from our operations and advocate for our customers to resolve quality requests and issues. You will be accountable for supporting and coordinating complex lean quality management system process reviews, developing SOPs, participating in key customer programs, working with vendors, internal departments & subject matter experts to develop corrective action or program controls, and assisting with approved supplier requests and documentation.
Responsibilities
 * Responsible for presenting complex quality data, engineering information and/or policy/procedure details in a customer‑facing environment.
 * Prepare, manage and analyze complex quality data, utilizing inputs from multiple systems and business entities.
 * Perform multifaceted root cause analysis through direct customer or vendor interaction and support issue resolution with speed and accuracy.
 * Identify process improvement opportunities, participate in process flow creation, interview stakeholders for efficient process creation, identify training needs and conduct trainings.
 * Develop and implement program controls, work instructions, SOPs, policies and systems for Operations, Sales and other departments within the lean quality management system.
 * Report observations or problems clearly and concisely and take appropriate actions.
 * Provide advanced technical leadership skills within the department and support quality analyst work.
 * Deliver project management, writing, coordination, and execution of continuous improvement tasks, emphasizing technical activities.
 * Address customer requests for approved supplier information; manage and complete customer surveys, questionnaires and requests for documentation.
 * Plan, conduct and execute complex assignments, reviewing progress and evaluating results.
 * Conduct gap assessments to new and existing standards.
 * Present and provide direction to management and potentially executive leadership.
 * Determine and communicate corrective action requirements and internal processes.
 * Perform standard product quality inspection and associated documentation as applicable.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations, Communication, Statistics, Economics (Master’s preferred).
 * 5+ years of relevant statistical, operations, quality and supply chain management experience.
 * Excellent analytical, writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
 * Effective organizational skills.
 * Basic PC skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Visio, Power BI); advanced skills preferred.
 * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above preferred.
 * Experience in wire & cable, network security, or utility industry preferred.
 * Process development and testing experience preferred.
Physical Expectations
 * Physical work is strenuous; workers may need to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds.
 * Work may require excessive bending or stooping.
