Employment Solicitor – Northampton (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 DOE (NQ–Senior Associate level)
A leading Northampton law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. This role offers excellent quality work, hybrid working and a clear pathway for career progression.

The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for a diverse mix of employer clients (SMEs, OMBs, listed companies) and employees. Work includes:

* Advising on settlement agreements, redundancy exercises and restructuring projects
* Drafting and amending employment contracts and policies
* Providing strategic advice on Boardroom and senior management disputes
* Supporting corporate transactions (TUPE, due diligence, employment risk management)
* Representing clients at employment tribunals
* Advising on operational HR queries, data protection compliance and Modern Slavery Act issues

You will also work closely with other departments (Corporate & Commercial, Litigation, Property) on cross-team projects.
About You
\n
* Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–Senior Associate level) with employment law experience
* Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong communicator with excellent client care skills
* Business development experience is advantageous
* In-house experience will be considered if relevant
