An established and highly successful hospitality group in Pitlochry is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join its professional brigade across two busy and contrasting kitchen environments.
This role offers outstanding development, exposure to different cooking styles, and the chance to work with a passionate team committed to quality.
The Environment
You'll gain experience across two distinct venues:
A modern hotel kitchen focused on seasonal Scottish produce, refined dishes, and high presentation standards.

The Role
Running your section with confidence and consistency
Preparing and delivering high-quality fresh food
Supporting senior chefs and maintaining kitchen standards
Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
Contributing to a positive and professional team culture
Who You Are
Solid experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for fresh ingredients and quality cooking
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a busy service environment
Eagerness to learn and develop
