We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our clients, a successful Art Consultancy in Dubai. Where you will collaborate with the Project Lead to facilitates project success through effective project planning, procurement management, and on-site quality control.
Working hours:
1. 9.00am – 6.00pm
2. Hours can be flexible by 1 hour
The successful Project Coordinator will be offered:

Project Coordinator requirements:
10. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
11. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
12. Proficient in, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Driving license and access to own car
15. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognise and prioritise time-sensitive projects
16. Exceptional customer and client service skills
Project Coordinator key responsibilities will include:
17. Estimation
18. Managing documentation
19. Updating project data in ERP and project management software
20. Preparing regular progress reports to keep all team members informed and aligned with project goals
21. Conduct installations and site visits, ensuring site access, safety requirements, and coordination with the site team
22. Coordinate closely with the team members to ensure project activities align with the management plan.
