Genomics England successfully led the world-leading 100,000 Genomes Project, which compared and analysed individuals’ genetic codes to help diagnose, treat and prevent illness.
We'renow accelerating our impact, working with the NHS to further develop and embed genomic healthcare and research in Britain. Our next chapter involves working with patients, doctors, scientists, government and industry to improve genomic testing, and help researchers access the health data and technology they need to make new medical discoveries and create more effective, targeted medicines for everybody.
Job Description
Are you a skilled Product Manager looking to create products that directly enable cutting-edge research and improve patient health in the NHS and worldwide?
As Product Manager for our Dynamics CRM, you'll take responsibility for groundbreaking products that directly impact advances in personalized genomic medicine. Our CRM underlies customer relationship management across both our Research Network - enabling commercial and academic partners to leverage our world-leading dataset in the National Genomic Research Library - and the Generation Study, which will sequence 100,000 newborn babies' genomes.
Working across our healthcare and research business units (tribes), you'll ensure our CRM maintains trust with researchers and participants through discovery work around data access, enrolment, consent, and long-term study communications.
This role is for those who:

* Energize when balancing competing priorities - You'll navigate the dynamic challenge of serving two distinct business units (tribes) with fundamentally different needs: upgrading a complex legacy system while simultaneously enabling a fast-paced, cutting-edge genomics study
If you get energized by ambiguity and want to make your mark solving novel organizational challenges in healthcare research, this offers unparalleled opportunity.

NOTE: In this role, you will be working with a mix of developers within GEL and from our development partners. This will not follow a traditional squad model, so your responsibilities will include managing requirements and focus of these developers appropriately.
* Solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively to make rapid progress, including many perspectives in problem solving and incorporating data into all decision making.
* Work in alignment with squad members, internal and external stakeholders, users, and third parties. Communicate priorities, commitments, and manage stakeholders.
